HEAVY HORSES

Recorded in London in January 1978 and released in April of the same year. In practice from months of touring, Tull's seventh line-up with David Palmer on keyboards recorded this album rather quickly. A further development of their combination of heavy metal and folk influenced acoustic rock and roll.

Heavy Horses reached number 19 in the USA as well as making the British top twenty. As the album was released, the band started another world tour.
